This innovative mitten is designed to ease night-time discomfort caused by Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and help you sleep better - pain-free.

Key Benefits:
Relieves pain and numbness in the fingers during sleep.
Promotes a gentle, relaxed hand position that reduces pressure on the median nerve.
Supports healthy blood circulation for faster recovery and improved comfort.
Made from soft, breathable fabric for optimal ventilation and long-lasting comfort.
Ideal for nightly use - lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear.

Extended Description:

  1. Scientific Design: CTS Night Mitten was developed with a deep understanding of the biomechanical and pathophysiological mechanisms behind Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Its structure provides soft yet precise support to the wrist and surrounding tissues, promoting healthy blood flow and ensuring comfort throughout the night.
  2. Ergonomic Structure: The ergonomic inner mold gently positions the fingers in a natural, slightly flexed posture - not too straight and not overly curved. This alignment reduces tension on the deep flexor tendons passing through the carpal tunnel and relieves pressure on the median nerve. A light wrist strap adds stability and keeps the mitten securely in place without creating localized pressure points.
  3. Advanced Materials: The combination of nylon and elastane delivers the ideal balance of controlled stretch and flexibility. The breathable fabric helps prevent sweating and maintains skin temperature balance, crucial for prolonged overnight use. Minimal stitching around the wrist and fingers helps prevent irritation and ensures smooth, uninterrupted sleep without pressure or discomfort.
  4. Rehabilitation Support: Beyond night-time comfort, the mitten promotes natural recovery of soft tissues. Its anatomical positioning helps reduce local swelling, improves venous and lymphatic drainage, and supports proper wrist alignment during rest. The result is a renewed balance between tendons, nerves, and blood vessels — easing strain, reducing recurrence of pain, and restoring hand comfort and mobility by morning.
  5. CTS Night Mitten is more than a support device: it’s a therapeutic tool that works quietly through the night to help your hand heal and recover naturally.

Instruction for Use:

  1. The mitten is intended for use during sleeping hours.
  2. Make sure the Velcro closure around the forearm is not too tight.
  3. Before going to sleep, make sure to tighten the Velcro closure of the finger splint securely.
  4. At the end of sleep, the mitten should be removed.
  5. It's worth checking how often you wake up in pain, and making sure the treatment is actually improving the pain at night.

Advice:

  1. It is recommended to incorporate additional treatments, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, strengthening exercises, stretching, and even to explore with the treating physician the use of drug therapy, injections, or surgical treatment.
  2. The wrist joint needs a certain amount of movement throughout the day. Too little or too much movement over time can strain the joint and lead to wrist pain. Try to manage your daily routine so as not to overstress your wrist.
  3. Try to understand the root cause of the pain, and look for any activity that maintains the strain and pain. If you find it, work to reduce these factors. A root cause could be prolonged work in front of a computer, prolonged use of a cell phone at unusual angles, repetitive actions, or holding weight for extended periods (such as carrying a baby).
  4. If the product does not adequately help resolve the problem, please consult a physiotherapist or doctor regarding further treatment options.
