How and When to Use

For Nasal Hygiene

1. Gently tilt the head to one side.

2. Carefully position the tip of the single-use pod at the upper nostril.

3. Squeeze gently to release the saline solution.

4. Repeat in the other nostril.

5. Allow any mucus or excess liquid to drain, then gently wipe the nose.

For Eye Hygiene

1. Apply a few drops of saline solution to the eye without touching the eye with the pod tip.

2. Gently wipe away excess liquid using a clean, sterile compress.

3. Use a fresh compress for the other eye.

For Ear Hygiene

1. Gently rinse the external ear canal with the solution.

2. Wipe away excess liquid using a clean compress.

3. Do not insert the pod tip into the ear canal.

For Superficial Wound Cleansing

1. Gently rinse the superficial wound with the saline solution.

2. Allow excess liquid to drain away.

3. Apply an appropriate dressing if required.
