How to Use Sterimar Blocked Nose Baby

1. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle before the first use.
2. Lay your baby on their side or sit them upright with their head tilted gently to one side.
3. Carefully insert the nozzle into the upper nostril.
4. Press the nozzle briefly and allow any excess solution to drain.
5. Gently wipe your baby’s nose.
6. Turn your baby’s head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
7. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, then rinse and dry it after use.
