How to Use Sterimar Nose Hygiene Baby
- Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle before the first use.
- Lay your baby on their side or sit them upright with their head tilted gently to one side.
- Carefully insert the nozzle into the upper nostril.
- Press the nozzle briefly and allow any excess solution to drain.
- Gently wipe your baby’s nose.
- Turn your baby’s head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
- Clean the nozzle with soapy water, then rinse and dry it after use.
